NO RETURN & NO REFUND POLICY 

All sales made through our online store are final.

We operate on a strict no return, no refund, and no exchange policy for all international and domestic orders.

General Policy

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

    • Change of mind

    • Incorrect item selection

    • Size, color, or style preference

    • Delays caused by customs or courier services

  • Orders cannot be canceled after they are placed.

Damaged on Delivery (Sole Exception)

An exception is made only if the item arrives damaged.

To qualify you must comply with 1,2, and 3 below:

  1. The customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Clear photo and/or video evidence of the damage and packaging must be provided.

  3. Damage must be confirmed as occurring during transit, not due to use or mishandling.

If approved, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Replace the damaged item or

  • Issue store credit
    (Refunds are not guaranteed.)

Failure to meet these conditions will result in the claim being denied.

International Shipping Notice

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, delays, or inspections, which are outside our control.

  • Such issues do not qualify for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Acceptance of Policy

By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that they:

  • Have read and understood this policy.

  • Agree to it without exception.

This policy applies to all customers, all countries, and all products.
